We securely store your data on our server within the United Kingdom.  Access to your data is password-protected and they are held on electronic devices protected by commercially available and regularly updated security software.  We will keep your data for twelve months from the most recent contact with you.  Once this period has elapsed we will securely delete your data.  If instructed to delete your data sooner, we will do so.
